FAA Certifications
FAA Certified Products
Airfield lighting products can be certified under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Lighting Equipment Certification Program (Advisory Circular 150/5345-53 Appendix 3). Compliance and certification is mandatory for all projects funded with federal grant monies through the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and with revenue from the Passenger Facility Charges (PFC) Program.
All of our products have been designed specifically to comply with the applicable FAA standards. Certificates of Conformance for certified products are included below.
Both our Burlington, Ontario and Lancaster, NY manufacturing facilities are certified to manufacture any FAA ALECP certified products. Both locations are inspected semi-annually by Intertek Testing Labs to ensure quality standards are met.
